Hey guys,
This is my brief round up of the week! On Monday we decided on backstrand, so bright and sunny, I forgot my trainers but the advantages of living so close is that we could call up to get them! We walked completely round then from the tSean Bheairic down to the backstrand, around the pier and back up to base again for lunch. We then held a men's group, where manly things such as self-confidence were discussed...On Tuesday I was not present but the rest of the group headed to Tramore beach in Downings. The whole day in Downings was spent walking talking listening and picnicking...the kind of days I always seem to miss out on! Today (Wednesday) we headed to Magheraroarty and got back to nature by going paddling for part of the walk, some people took more persuading than others ha ha mentioning no names! We finished up our day by having the weekly diary with Brian....
