Solas Project Donegal

Hi there!

We had a very exciting day last week since it was World Mental health day and to celebrate we collaborated with Falcarragh Mental Health alliance who were hosting a special coffee morning. We then had a combined diary, our special weekly group session chaired by Brian Smeaton. This I believe went very well sice I was talking to Greg Hughes of Highland Radio (audio clips soon) about the Solas Project and my own personal experiences. The other photos are from our walk in Baltoney today which was just beautiful! Also included are the great and the good of Falcarragh society who attended our gathering Friday afternoon.
